モンサラット「James After Beach Club」が閉店、サニーデイズは7/1から臨時休業

パイオニアサルーンの目の前の、ボガーズカフェやサニーデイズがある人気のエリアのお店の閉店のニュースです。
HOLIDAY Monsarratも閉店してとても残念におもっていましたが、JAMES AFTER BEACH CLUBも閉店になってしまいました。

2014年11月にオープンしたJAMES AFTER BEACH CLUB、おしゃれな洋服や雑貨があり散歩がてらによった人もおおいのではないでしょうか？残念ながら閉店となってしまいました。詳細は、お店のインスタで掲載されています。

. 【 JAMES AFTER BEACH CLUB 閉店のお知らせ】 2014年11月にオープンしたJAMES AFTER BEACH CLUB。多くの皆さんに支えていただいたJAMESハワイ店ですが、2020.6.30 実店舗は一旦閉店いたしました。コロナウイルスによる影響は観光の楽園・ハワイでは、計り知れないレベルで大打撃を与えていています。今現在も日本からの飛行機は飛んでいませんし、いつ日常のハワイが戻るか分からない状況です。店を閉めたまま高い空家賃を払い続けるか、はたまたこの状況の中、店を開け様々な経費を払い続けるか…いずれにしてもかなりの経済的な体力が必要な状況です。ただ経済的な問題もありますが、出店して５年半という年月も経過して、色々な意味で仕切り直す良い機会ではないかと考え、散々悩みましたが、JAMES AFTER BEACH CLUB / HOLIDAY monsarrat 両店共に一旦閉店することにいたしました。今後のハワイの状況、良い物件が見つかるかなど、いろんな縁に恵まれてタイミングが重なれば、またハワイのどこかで再開したいと思います。当分の間は、JAMES鎌倉店 @james_kamakura のonline shopにて、JAMES ABCオリジナル商品の販売を続けていきます。また7/11-8/16の間、JAMES鎌倉／新潟 @james_life_niigata にてHAWAIIフェアーを開催しております。こちらも是非ご利用ください。 1日も早く、皆さんが安心してハワイに遊びに行ける日が戻ることを祈っております。 JAMES AFTER BEACH CLUB / 代表塩谷雅芳ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー To our loyal customers and friends, We opened James After Beach Club November of 2014, we were and are still blessed to be supported by a lot of you folks. However due to recent times with Covid-19 affecting us all and the effects it’s had on the economy especially here in Hawaii with travel restrictions etc. it’s uncertain when things will get back to normal, if ever. With much consideration, we regret to announce that we decided to shut down both James after beach club Hawaii and Holiday Monsarrat at the end of June. Just like the rest of the world in these uncertain times, we were/are faced with a lot of difficult decisions, and after 5 1/2+ years of doing business in Hawaii decided this was the best decision for us right now as a company. If in the future, fate gives us an opportunity to do so, we would like to reopen the store again some day. You can still purchase our original products from our Japanese online store. ( @james_kamakura ) We also have a Hawaiian Fair in Japan, Niigata prefecture and Kamakura from 7/11-8/16. So if you’re in the area and have a chance please stop by! 6月5日から営業再開していたサニーデイズも7/1より臨時休業中になっていました。

. . いつも、サニーデイズをご利用いただきありがとうございます。 . 新型コロナウイルスの影響により日本からハワイへの飛行機が飛ばない状況が続いております。 . PPP（アメリカ政府の経済対策制度）などを活用し、ハワイ州の自粛解除後6月5日より営業を再開し続けてまいりましたが観光業を生業とするハワイ州でツーリストを運んでくれる飛行機が飛ばない今の状況では、これ以上サニーデイズの営業を続ける事が難しい状況です。 . つきましては7月1日よりまたしばらくの間クローズさせていただきたいと思います。 . 先の見えない状況が続いておりますが、皆様がハワイへ起こしになられる頃またサニーデイズを再開させたいと思います。 . それまでの間少しお店をお休みさせていただきます。 . またハワイの地で皆様にお会いできる日を楽しみにしております。 . MAHALO . . To our valued customers, . Thank you very much for your support and patronage at Sunny Days. . Due to the pandemic of COVID-19, many airlines have canceled and continue to restrict flights traveling between Hawaii and Japan, and other countries. . We have decided to re-open Sunny Days on June 5th, utilizing PPP(Paycheck Protection Program) and other countermeasures after the State of Hawaii’s stay-at-home and self isolation order has been lifted. However, due to the minimal and restricted flights that allows to bring tourists into our Aloha State, we find it very difficult to keep our store open as we, the State of Hawaii, are known for attracting tourism. As tourism makes up a part of Hawaii’s economy, we find ourselves in a very crucial situation and are very unfortunate to say that we will be closing once again, from July 1, 2020. . Especially during this uncertain time, we are very thankful to our community and to our loyal customers and we hope to re-open again soon. In the meantime, our store will be closed. .
